How we work

Editorial Policy

Our commitment to accuracy, clarity, balance, and editorial independence.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

Our editorial mission

MindBodyReveals.one exists to translate the science of the mind-body connection into plain, honest explanations that anyone can understand and use. We are committed to accuracy, clarity, and balance above all else.

Who writes our content

All guides and articles are written by our in-house editorial team. Writers are selected for their ability to read scientific research critically and communicate it clearly. No content is generated and published without human editorial review.

How we research and write

When writing a new guide, our process is:

  1. Identify the topic and scope, focusing on well-established and educationally relevant material.
  2. Review relevant published research, prioritising peer-reviewed studies, systematic reviews, and guidance from reputable health organisations.
  3. Draft content in plain language, avoiding jargon, and being honest about where evidence is mixed or limited.
  4. Fact-check all specific claims against sources before publication.
  5. Internal editorial review for accuracy, tone, and clarity before any guide is published.

Sources

We rely primarily on peer-reviewed research published in reputable scientific journals, and on guidance from established health organisations such as the World Health Organization, NHS, and equivalent national health bodies. We do not cite or rely on commercial health companies, supplement brands, or unverified self-help sources.

Balance and fairness

Where scientific evidence is genuinely contested or uncertain, we say so. We do not overstate findings or present preliminary research as established fact. We aim to represent the mainstream scientific consensus accurately while acknowledging minority views where relevant.

Editorial independence

Our editorial team operates independently of any commercial, financial, or external influence. We do not accept payment to feature, promote, or alter coverage of any product, service, or organisation. Advertisers, if any, have no influence over editorial content.

Corrections and updates

We correct errors promptly and transparently. If you spot an error, please contact us. Each guide displays its original publication date and the date of its most recent update so readers can judge currency. See our Fact-Checking Policy for how we handle corrections.
