Cookie Policy

The short version: we use only strictly necessary cookies. No tracking, no advertising.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work or remember your preferences.

What cookies we use

MindBodyReveals.one uses only strictly necessary cookies that are required for the website to function. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking cookies.

Cookie name Purpose Duration Type
PHPSESSID Standard PHP session identifier, used if session-based functionality is active. Session Strictly necessary

localStorage

Our interactive tools use your browser’s localStorage to save your progress (mood logs, habit tracker, planner data, etc.). This is different from cookies: data is stored only on your device, is never transmitted to our server, and cannot be accessed by us. You can clear it at any time from within each tool or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Third-party scripts

We load Bootstrap CSS from the jsDelivr CDN and fonts from fonts.google.com. These services do not set tracking cookies on our site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook, or any other tracking or advertising script.

How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how parts of the website function. You can also use browser extensions to manage cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
